A station system where players will get to work on many different aspect of the game. 1v1, 2v2, Attacking and Defending abilities Speed & Agility / Strength & Conditioning  Shooting/Finishing And many others skills like: trapping, controlling, heading, timing on the ball, turning with and w/o pressure, weight of pass, first touch and others.
