LGSOCCERFIT TRAINING OPTIONS
There isn't enough time or opportunity during team practice for individual improvement. A 1on1 private session allows players increased touch on the ball and sessions are fully personalized for players individual needs.
Training with a partner at a similar skill level adds a competitive edge to the session and will drive you to work harder. A training partner allows you to do drills not available in a 1on1 private session, and allows players to learn from each other.
Make your own group or join one of our existing groups.
Players will be placed in groups by skill level. Groups sessions are a dynamic style of training, they include a combination of individual attention and small group coaching. Groups can consist of teammates looking to work on a specific tactical aspect of play, or they can be used to practice technique in challenging situations.
This session is designed for players looking to work on their specific position needs and every attribute that comes with it. A position specific session also benefits players who are interested in gaining more experience in a new position.
Finishing clinics are very popular among our clients. Our partnership with Bravo Goalkeeping brings a unique, game-like environment to the session.
